- The Bible, both Old and New Testaments is the inspired and infallible Word of God.
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1)
- There is only one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. (1 Timothy 3:16)
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, in His death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, and that he will come again in power and glory to judge the living and the dead whose kingdom will have no end.
Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, which was, and which is to come
And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood. And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (Revelation 1:4)
- We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person proceeding from the Father and Son, and is therefore eternal, and of the same essence, majesty, and glory with the Father and Son. We believe, therefore, that the Holy Spirit is truly God.
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. (Matthew 12:32)
- All men are sinners, and are therefore, under condemnation. The central purpose in the coming of Jesus Christ was to become a living sacrifice for us on the cross, the successful accomplishment of which was attested to by his subsequent visible bodily resurrection.
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. (Romans 5:19)
- Salvation as offered as a gift, free to all who believe. This gift must be responded to in individual faith, not trusting in any personal works whatsoever, but in the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ alone.
Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. (Romans 5:18)
- All believers should live in a manner so as not to bring reproach upon their Savior and Lord.
God forbid. How shall we that are dead to sin, live any longer therein. (Romans 6:1)
- God, in His Word, has given parents the responsibility and authority to educate their children in a godly manner.
Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions, which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle. (II Thessalonians 2:15)
