To become a member, first download the HUG Membership
form below or select the red icon to the right.
The membership form is in PDF format. If you
can not open a PDF document then either download Adobe
Reader, a free utility, or go to your local library and
print out the membership form from there. Once you
have the membership form downloaded You can join
anytime during the year. Only one form per family
needed:
Homeschool families may apply for membership in HUG
by doing these 5 steps:
1. Completing
the membership application (all five pages)
2. Choosing
at least one position or volunteer area for during the
year from the HUG Service Opportunities List
3. Signing a
complete a Statement of Faith:
4. Paying the
annual membership dues a check or money order payable
to: HUG
5. Returning
all pages of this form to the HUG secretary for
processing.
Note: Incomplete or altered forms will be returned to
sender along with check or money order. |
